YANGON, April 27, 2022 — The Myanmar Private Equity and Venture Capital Association has launched the MPE&VCA DealShare Platform, welcoming businesses in Myanmar seeking capital to be listed on the platform for free.
The platform will be an opportunity for Myanmar businesses to get direct access to investment professionals and leading advisors comprising the membership of MPE&VCA.
“The DealShare Platform aims to efficiently close the communication gap between those seeking to raise capital and those with capital. As new companies list their needs on the platform, the Association also develops a stronger understanding of the needs within this market, which we can then continue to respond to,” said Matthew Viner, Director at MPE&VCA.
Companies from all stages of business, from startups seeking seed capital to corporates intending to raise growth capital, from all sectors, are eligible to join the platform.
While all businesses seeking to raise all forms of capital are welcome to explore the platform, businesses operating in Myanmar with a preference to raise capital in an exchange for equity are most suitable to use the platform.
