Joining as an individual member is Ms. Su Wai Yee, who is a Director of HIQ International Trading, a Myanmar-incorporated firm which is the representative of a leading fashion and retail brand, “MGOU”,  in Myanmar. She led the company to scale MGOU from one to forty stores from 2016 to 2021. Su is also the Board Chair of HIQ International and leads the international business development for the company, having most recently established operations in Thailand, under the KAMIKA brand. She is a seasoned strategist and business leader with a blend of consulting and operational expertise, and over 10 years of experience spanning across retail, consumer goods (FMCG), fintech, and manufacturing industries. She has past professional experience at Bain & Company, primarily delivering growth, corporate, and decarbonization strategies for leading companies in Southeast Asia. Her professional interests lie in the areas of sustainability, energy transition, and business innovation. She has an MBA from INSEAD and is passionate about building impactful consumer brands and businesses.
