Requirement: Fluent English is required, as clear communication is central to effective coaching. There is no preference for age or gender — all qualified leaders are welcome to apply.

Programme Agenda
• 90-minute interactive workshop on Zoom — a session followed by two coaching-focused breakout groups facilitated by our coaches.
• One-on-one executive coaching (for workshop participants only) — four coaching sessions spread over two months, offered on a first-come, first-served basis and by coaches’ selection.
Following the programme, participants are welcome to continue professional coaching with our executive coaches through a one-on-one coaching programme.
We’ll be selecting a few participants eligible to join free of charge.

Why even seasoned C-level leaders and investors benefit from coaching
There’s a common misconception that coaching is only for more junior people. In reality, it’s often the most experienced CEOs and investors who get the most out of it. The more senior you are, the harder it gets to find someone who’ll give you honest, unfiltered feedback.
