Financial Due Diligence for Founders—What Investors Look For and Why Deals Fail

Building a business means taking it to the next growth level and finally making a successful exit that meets your expectations. When forging a deal with investors, either for growth or for exit, the conduct of financial due diligence is key to the process of entering into an agreement. Achieving a successful transaction in the future means being well prepared since the early days of your business.

This three-hour workshop on Financial Due Diligence for Founders will cover the financial fundamentals and discipline that founders need to prepare since the early days of their businesses. This helps them prepare well for a financial due diligence at the right time in the future.

Did you know that the most expensive mistakes in business are usually made in the early days — not on the day you exit?

The training will cover:
— How regional investors actually price your business based on the investment readiness that you have prepared
— How you can protect the valuation of your business
— Getting the structure and terms of your business right from day one and how it will be valued
— Case study
