Investment Term Sheets

Negotiating and finalising a term sheet for an investment is a key step in your investment journey. The term sheet will guide the negotiations leading to legally binding documents which will govern the investment. This session will give you a better understanding of the basic elements that comprise a term sheet. Learn more about what to include in a term sheet, based on different investment agreements. Get answers to your questions about what is usually included in a standardised term sheet used by PE and VC investors, and get support on other queries you have for our professional investors.

This training forms an integral part of the investment decision-making process and is designed to enhance the participants’ practical understanding of the process and practice of navigating investment transactions, so that they may do so with greater confidence and professionalism.
