Tun Zaw Mra is an experienced corporate M&A lawyer specialising in cross-border transactions, including private equity investments, acquisitions and disposals. Based in Singapore, Tun brings over a decade of experience advising on Myanmar-related transactions and cultural insights, shaped by having been born in and raised in Yangon for 18 years. 

Tun is a partner at Charles Russell Speechlys and he previously worked at other prominent law firms such as Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, Baker & McKenzie and Herbert Smith Freehills. As a director at MPE&VCA, Tun is committed to working with the Board of the Association to further its goals of improving the venture capital and private equity industry in Myanmar.
